Today we took time outside and were challenged to capture this resin sculpture installation. Here is the best out of 39 shots in 20 minutes. I am not so sure what this sculpture meant, I was more concerned with capturing light and nailing exposure. All of these are SOOC.
These are lovely! It took me a long time to even notice the bird on the first one, isn’t that weird? It looked like a sideways dude in a priest’s robe or something.
And nail the exposure you did!!! These are great…I love the angles and the play of light and shadow. The first two are my favorites. Very strange subjects though, eh? *tee*hee*
Isn’t that funny, I didn’t notice the bird on the first shot either…I was focused on the face. I didn’t understand what the sculpture was until I saw the second shot, which I definitely like the angle on that one better.
Am I a lose for having looked at the first one, not noticing the bird’s eye, and instead thinking that this was a sculpture of a nun?
