  1. Ok. It is early and I haven’t had my coffee yet. I love the story and the way you’ve told it with photos, but I’m afraid without my caffeine I’m not getting the horror part. Did you only get one ticket? Does the 3pm time not work?

Can someone enlighten me? Should I come back to the blog after I’ve had my coffee?

  2. Karmardav…care to explain to BRC why I titled this “story” of yours the way I did?

  3. Well the caffeine didn’t help. Now I’m wondering if something important on the ticket is being covered up by her thumb? Is there another photo that reveals the horror?

  4. BRC old buddy, I am telling you I am finding this story a real horror.

  5. Hahaha! I think the “horror” part is this Yankee blogmeister’s prerogative, yes?

Great work, Karen! (Shrew added that last Homer shot, didn’t she?) Someday, I too will learn how to tell a story without words.

  6. Great story karmardav!!
Okay, and how sad that I didn’t “get” that Shrew added Homer until ivory explained it to me! *duh* 🙂
    You must be SO excited!

  7. Sorry–I just realized I’ve been logged in as kanniduba…if anyone doesn’t know, kanniduba=KD. 😉

  8. Hey! And I also just noticed that March 6th was the First Anniversary of Shrewbie’s Blog!! We missed it! Happy Belated Anniversary Shrew! Look how much you’ve taught us in one short year! Wow! 🙂

  9. IvoryHut gets a cupie doll!

Just imagine J. Peterman from Seinfeld, speaking in just a rough shocked whisper…

    “The horror, THE HORROR!”

  10. Thanks KD…I totally missed it too! Bwaaaahaaa

Hey that means our dear MM musicmaven.wordpress.com is 1 year young too!

  11. Yes, brc, Shrew titled it a horror story due to it being tickets to a BOSTON RED SOX game. I certainly didn’t give it that title or include Homer. My thumb is actually covering the date; that is a ticket to last year’s game that I went to – I won’t get the actual ticket to this game until the day of the bus trip.

  12. I don’t know there, shrewbie, sounds a little like sour grapes to me!

I know I like karma’s little story! Did anyone else notice that the swirly pattern on karma’s counter under the ticket goes nicely with the Homer scream?

    Happy Blogiversary, shrew!

  13. Sour Grapes? Naw.

It was more Humphry Bogart like…”Of all the stories in the world she could have documented, she had to document THIS one?”

  14. OMG, you peeps are all cracking me up. I don’t know what is funnier…poor brc not knowing what the heck was going on or Shrew making Karen tell everyone the “HORROR” part herself. LOL!!

Karen, stop driving and taking photos at the same time! ;oP

  15. Hey Nae! That’s ivoryhut who takes pictures while she is driving! I took mine before I started the car! 😉
